Downtown Apartment

This extensive renovation project converted a modern downtown loft space into a warm and welcoming home for a young family. With sweeping downtown and river views, each room allows the viewer to focus on a specific perspective of the city. A deliberate mix of utilitarian and refined finishes, along with liberal use of color, create an enjoyable and lively home for this family.
